Change of plan.

After writing and posting the 23:Eat list, I immediately regretting writing Foie Gras.

It’s pretty disgusting the pain the poor birds go through so it can be made.
But it’s taken me this long to find something else that I can replace it with, that I’m happy with.
But now I have it.
It will be replaced by Crème de menthe.
I remember reading about Crème de menthe in Year 7 French lessons and thinking it sounded like the most wonderful drink in the world.
Unfortunately, it’s not the coolest drink in the world and I fear I’d have been killed if I’d ordered it as a late teen in Wetherspoons on a Friday night.
And now, writing this at 23 years of age, I still haven’t tried it.
But I will before I’m 24.
